We don’t want to construct villas or buildings without style, being anonymous and banal. Our aim is to share our lifestyle with those who have understood that caginess, quietness and indulgence can and should belong together. All this in one and a half hour from Milan and Turin.
The interior design
The interiors are spacious and light and the teak floor (only a material example, we will create the interior according to your wishes based on advice of an architect) keeps the clean style. The contemporary accommodation does not lose the character of comfort and vitality, fundamental in a house that should meet everyday demands. The rooms are light and aerial to keep them functional according to the incredible view.
Ecology and ambience
It is not possible to build these real estates without taking the environment and ecology into consideration. Everything constructed should be compatible with nature. To really fit into the green ambience, the height of the villas will not exceed the altitude of the hill and by using special stones as main material the building is integrated into the backyard and the especially chosen plants.
